Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free trial

New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged anything.

After the trial

jobinvoice costs $9 per month. We do not give refunds for charges after the trial ends, including partial months. You can cancel anytime from "Manage billing" on your dashboard. After you cancel, you are not charged again and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Exceptions

• If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same period, we will correct it.
• If we stop offering the service, we will refund the current billing period.
• We will follow any refund rule the law requires.
